Instructions for cold use

1º Place the compress in the freezer for at least one hour 2º Take it out of the freezer and wrap it in a dry towel, apply it on the desired area. 3º After using it, return it to the freezer

Instructions for use heat

By boiling:

1. Soak the compress for 8-10 minutes in a container of freshly boiled water.
2. Take out the compress and apply it wrapped in a towel
3. After use, let it cool down and return it to the freezer.

By microwave:

1. Place the submerged compress in a container of microwavable water
2. Turn on the microwave at maximum (600 watts) for three minutes
3. If you need more heating, do it in periods of 30 seconds
4. Always keep the compress submerged
5. Apply the compress wrapped in a towel
6. After use, let it cool and return it to the frozen

Keep an eye on the compress while it is in the microwave. If it starts to expand, immediately turn off the microwave.

Non-toxic product for external application. Ingesting its content can be dangerous. Use this product with care, it can cause burns.

Do not apply it on areas of sensitive skin or with circulatory deficiencies. Its use by children or disabled people should be supervised.
