With menstrual cups a world of possibilities opens up, but also full of questions with all the models in different sizes. With SELENACARE it is very simple. We have three cup sizes: Small, Medium and Large. The size that suits you best suits you has nothing to do with your height, but depends on three factors:
- Bleeding intensity: the heavier your bleeding, the larger your menstrual cup should be so you don't have to empty it as often.
- Length from vagina to cervix: If you insert your finger into the vagina and gently push on the cervix, you will need a smaller cup.
- State of your pelvic floor: The state of your pelvic floor depends on several aspects. If you haven't had kids yet and do a lot of sports, you're usually well-trained and need a smaller cup size.

- Fold the cup and insert the folded side into the vagina.
- Remove the cup by squeezing the slots and pulling out.
- Empty the cup and clean it with mild soap and water before replacing it.
- Before first use and after each period, boil the cup in water for three minutes. To do this, you can use the supplied sterilization cup.
