Shipping policy


We work to send the ordersthe next day il after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, it may take up to 4 business days for orders to ship from our warehouse.

Your order tracking is sent to you by email or sms once your order is shipped. Tracking updates are normally available within 1 day of shipping.

If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you by sending an email to

If you wish to resend an unclaimed, rejected, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost.

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered at the time of purchase and that the customer did not correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, check with your neighbors and family to make sure they haven't received it by mistake. Then do not hesitate to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

We are not responsible for return shipping charges when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provided, we recommend that you keep track of and keep the shipping receipts for your records.

National shipping information

Our shipping options for shipping within the peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays. Standard shipping with estimated delivery within 2 business days for the peninsula, and 3 business days for the Balearic and Canary Islands.

International shipping information
All international packages are shipped via DHL. Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 10 days from the time it is shipped to the time it is delivered.

International orders are subject to duties / tariffs. We DO NOT collect these fees at checkout and, if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery. We are not responsible for these fees.

Orders rejected on delivery and returned to us are subject to the withholding of return shipping costs from any refund issued once the package has been returned to us.
