Nutritious food from surplus fruit
Model based on the principles of the Circular Economy that takes advantage of agricultural surpluses to produce food. We generate greater efficiency of work and energy in crops. We managed to recover 983 liters of water used to produce it for every kilo of packaged fruit. We investigate so that the container without a cap reduces plastic by 70%, pursuing the Zero Waste challenge.
Healthy habit that helps others
Almost 1,000 million people are hungry in the world while 1/3 of the food produced for consumption is wasted. By recovering 1/4 of those surpluses, we could end hunger in the world (FAO, 2019). In contrast, there are more than 1.9 billion people who are overweight, of which 640 million are obese (WHO, 2019).
